We put together a diet plan for you. 7 days a week, 3 meals per day as well as 2 snacks that will not only fill you up but taste delicious.
We prepare a 5 day exercise program per week. The program will be documented for us to get a better idea of how to proceed the following week and help us expedite the best results for you.
Our extensive stretching programs will be provided at the end of each plan in order to help avoid the soarness and get you prepared for the next program of workouts.
